How does it work?

Subscribe or choose one of the Single-Tasks you need

While the monthly subscription offers the most benefits, you can choose from a variety of single tasks as well. All Payments are handled by Stripe.

We start right away

Once the payment is done a Trello board will be created, which we´ll use to manage everything. This allows you to see open, in progress and done tasks. Assignments are processed one at a time and done in 24-48h on average.

Every task will be completed as assigned before the next one starts. You can change the order by dragging and dropping the cards in the corresponding list.

These are the most frequently asked questions, feel free to ask anything using the chat-bubble in the bottom right corner or to send an email to support@sysadm.ing

In order to avoid painfull meetings we communicate through Trello.

Trello is a Task-Management tool.

We can talk in English, German and Italian.

You can cancel or pause at any given time, where pausing might be the preferred way as it doesn´t close the Trello-Board.

 

Please send an email to support@sysadm.ing when you wnat to pause as it is not possible through the Stripe-Billing-Portal

If you have a valid subscription you can create as many tasks as you want to.

On average tasks are done in 24h-48h, but more complex tasks can take longer.

Only Linux Distributions.

Not at the moment, allthough everything possible will be done to accomplish tasks as fast as possible.

Unfortunately not. Any major unsupported timegap will be communicated in advance to you.

No, refunds on done work can not be issued.
